NOTD: Party Blue With A Sparkly Touch



August 10th I was wearing this color on my nails (click), I did a little touch-up with a sparkly topcoat. And I have to say. I think it looks pretty cute!

So the topcoat I used is Kiko's 298 as you can see on the picture below.



So, what do you think? Go or no-go?
