Finding The Right Mascara

Source

You'll probably had the same problem at least once: you buy a new mascara, get totally excited and get dissappointed because it doesn't make your lashes look like you'd like them to look like.

Click for some tips&tricks picking out the right mascara!

First I'd like to show you a video of Michelle Phan, you know, the beautyguru on YouTube.

(Her 'S' totally annoys me and her always smiling too, but she makes great videos!)

With this video everything is told ectually.

So, the points are:

  • Use a waterproof mascara for a better hold of the curl and providing it from smudging
  • If you have thin lashes try to avoid a mascara with a wet formula (look for a mascara with a lot of waxes in the ingredient list)
  • If you have thick lashes you can use a wet mascara to build up the length and volume of you lashes, because they can 'handle' the weight of the wet mascara.
  • In short: thin lashes? Pick a volume mascara. Thick lashes? Get a lengthening mascara.
  • And donnot forget to curl your lashes (if needed of course)
Hope it works for you!

xoxo -Anna
